RETURN POLICY

All returns must be authorized by contacting us, and are subject to the following conditions:

Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise (as shown on delivery company's tracking system).

Please include all original packaging in good condition (free from scratches, blemishes, tears, dents, and markings - including writing of any kind) with your return.

We are unable to accept returned items that have been installed, used or damaged.

Like your local dealer, J Mar Customs is unable to accept returns on many electrical parts. Certain aftermarket items are exempt from this condition.

In some cases restocking fees will apply.

J Mar Customs makes every effort to ship the correct parts to our customers. In the event that an incorrect or damaged part is shipped to you, you will not be held responsible for restocking fees or shipping charges.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

All goods are checked for damage prior to shipping and are carefully packaged. Title to the merchandise passes to the customer upon delivery to the common carrier. Delivery of the merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier and any damaged or open packages must be noted at the time of delivery and all claims for damaged or missing parts should be made immediately. If shipment is by UPS, save all boxes and packing materials and contact J-Mar Customs. If shipment is be truck or freight lines, claim should be made with delivering carrier.

WARRANTY

All merchandise distributed by J Mar Customs is only guaranteed in accordance with the manufacturer’s own terms of warranty. Claim evaluation will be made in a just and prompt manner by the manufacturer.

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF THE FITNESS AND MERCHANTABILITY, ARE, LIMITED IN DURATION TO A PERIOD ENDING ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL J MAR CUSTOMS BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE INSTALLATION OR USE OF ANY PRODUCT DISTRIBUTED BY J MAR CUSTOMS.

The manufacturers shall be solely responsible for any damage to person or property arising from the design, manufacture, testing and use of its products, and we accept no liability for such damage. Due to conditions beyond our control, items cannot be guaranteed after they are placed in service.
